Sourcing PPE and workwear in the Netherlands
Stock available fast — but you need to know who actually manufactures.
The Netherlands is the physical entry point for PPE into Europe. Rotterdam and Venlo concentrate the stock of both major brands and importers, which routinely means getting in three days what direct production would take six weeks to deliver. For an urgent need — mass hiring, a site starting up, a non-compliant batch to replace — this is the first market to canvass.
The trade-off is that many Dutch counterparts are traders, not manufacturers. That is not a flaw in itself: they bring stock, financing and flexibility. But on a recurring annual volume the intermediation margin becomes expensive, and the question "who produces, where, under what certification" deserves asking at the first RFQ.
On documentation, the Dutch market is rigorous and that works in your favour: EU type-examination certificates are generally supplied without having to chase them. Watch the language of the instructions, though — often Dutch-English only — if the equipment is destined for French-speaking teams.

Services
What we take off your hands
Supplier sourcing & identification
You describe the need, we come back with 3 to 5 qualified, capable and available suppliers — not a 200-name directory.
RFQ & tender management
We write the RFQ, run it across the panel, chase the answers, and hand you a comparison grid where the bids are finally comparable.
Supplier audit & qualification
Documentary, financial and on-site verification before you commit. A failing supplier always costs more than the audit that would have ruled them out.
Negotiation & contracting
Negotiation is won before the meeting: a decomposed cost structure, credible alternatives, and a contract that holds when things go wrong.
Quality control & production follow-up
First article approved, in-line checks during the run, pre-shipment inspection. Defects get handled at the supplier, not on your dock.
Logistics, import & customs
Incoterm selection, freight organisation, customs paperwork and EU VAT handling. The landed price, not the ex-works price.
