Sourcing is not a Google search. A buyer opening a B2B directory gets hundreds of unranked listings: half do not actually manufacture what they advertise, and a third no longer reply. The real cost is not the platform subscription — it is your engineering team’s time spent filtering.
Our work starts by reformulating the requirement. Many requests arrive as a drawing or a catalogue reference, without the data that actually drives price: annual volume, critical tolerances, imposed or equivalent material, delivery cadence, traceability requirements. We close those blind spots before going to market, because a vague brief produces quotes you cannot compare.
We then cross three sources: our network of already-audited suppliers, European industrial databases, and fieldwork — the plant visits and trade fairs where you meet the workshops that do no marketing. Every candidate is called back to verify three things: they can actually make it, they have capacity in your delivery window, and they accept your payment terms.
You receive a short, defensible list. Three to five names, each with what they do well, where they are weaker, and why they made the cut. The decision stays yours: we take no supplier commission — our fee comes from you, which keeps the recommendation independent.
